At Amino USA, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Below, you will find details on our shipping process, delivery times, and what to do if you experience any issues with your shipment.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

24-Hour Shipping Guarantee – All orders are shipped within 24 business hours once payment has been successfully completed.
Same-Day Shipping – Orders placed before 12:30 PM CST Monday–Friday will be shipped out the same day. In order to provide this service, all orders are shipped out at the close of business.
Orders placed after 12:30 PM CST, or on weekends or holidays will be shipped at close of the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer three flat-rate shipping options to ensure affordable and reliable delivery:

1. UPS 2 Day Air – $12.75 + state tax – FREE ON ORDERS OVER $250

Delivery Time: 2 business days, please be advised this does not include Saturday/Sunday delivery.
Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped, you can track through the UPS website.

2. UPS Ground – $9.75 + state tax

Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped, you can track through the UPS website.

3. USPS Priority Mail (PO Box/APO addresses only) – $11.00 + state tax

Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: A USPS tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped, you can track through the USPS website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS or USPS website.

If your tracking status shows “label created” or “awaiting package” after 24-48 hours, this may indicate that:

The package was not scanned in properly.
The shipping label encountered an issue.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

High shipping volumes during peak seasons.

Additional Shipping Information

Shipping Locations – We currently only ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Incorrect Address – Please double check that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order checkout. Amino USA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages – Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect a lost package, we recommend contacting UPS or checking with your local post office.
Signature Requirements – Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.
